First ride? Welcome! We want to make your first steps to sweat as effortless as possible, with no barriers to experiencing spin for the first time. Your first ride is always on us!

Start your journey by heading to our ‘Accounts’ page and create your user profile. Next, upload your first free ride to your account through the ‘Buy Classes’ page. Then, head over to our weekly schedule and choose the ride that meets your scheduling needs.

Finally… BOOK YOUR BIKE! We offer stadium style seating, so rest assured that any spot in the house is a good spot. We encourage new riders to chose middle or back row bikes to feed off the energy of the riders in front and to have a better opportunity to follow along with the instructions.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of your first class. Our staff will help you set up your bike and answer any questions you may have. Our classes start right on time and arriving early will ensure you are 100% comfortable before the ride begins!


preparing for your first class

Expect to sweat. We recommend wearing comfortable athletic wear that is breathable and will allow you to sweat comfortably!

Get that water bottle ready! We have a water station so you can refill and stay hydrated.

Our bikes are compatible with any running shoe. We will help you adjust the pedal basket to hold your foot in place. If you have your own cycling shoes, our pedals are SPD compatible, so feel free to bring them for your ride! Alternatively, we also have shoe rentals available for $2.

Lockers are available to store your items in during your class! Feel free to bring a lock if you so choose.
