Saikel 101 is designed with a focus on proper ride form, managing wattage, and maintaining your rpm. No choreographed upper body movements. Saikel 101 includes 3-4 minute sets with lots of recovery time in between.
It’s addictive (once you know what you’re doing)
Welcome to the party. Saikel Sound incorporates choreographed upper body movements, all to the beat of the music. You can expect a challenging and empowering experience with this ride. Dip, pump, race, and tap it back. Includes a light upper body weight track to give your legs a mid-spin recovery.
Looking for the ultimate post-spin high? You’ll find it with Saikel Sound.
Saiked Up features intense intervals and short recovery breaks. No choreographed upper body movements. Focus on your cycle form to maximize wattage and energy output. You can expect to be a hot mess after this ride.

We work hard, we stretch hard. 30 mins of high-intensity spin to get the blood going then 30 mins of stretching to leave your body feeling balanced.

Always wanted to try an indoor cycling class but feeling a little apprehensive? This is the ride for you! Learn the lingo and get into the groove of ‘saikeling’. We’ll go over the bike, the numbers and the moves to prepare you for any class on our schedule.

Saikel Sweat incorporates HIIT, tabata, and hills to give you the ultimate athlete training experience. Includes a light upper body weight track, giving your legs a mid-spin recovery.

Saikel Climb features lower RPMs and longer intervals in and out of the saddle. We focus on hills, heavy legs, and using data of average power to make fitness gains. Instructors use a competitive leaderboard feature to allow riders to compete evenly on a power per bodyweight measurement (if one chooses to do so!).

You asked, we listened. Saikel Endurance is a sixty minute class designed by athletes for athletes. In this performance-based class you can expect various drills, endurance, speed and an FTP (Functional Threshold Power) test.

Calling all intense Saikelist looking for their next challenge! Ride or Die is a 75-minute ride led by two instructors who will motivate you to test your limits and challenge your endurance levels.
